Pool today

Cottenwood heights has this rule that every hour..... on the nose!.... They turn off the pumps and make everyone get out of the pool for five minutes while they test the water for cryptosporidium. I am glad that they are trying to prevent us from getting sick. I'm sure that I got sick last year from the big outbreak.

Brian sleeps! I'm sure I have this same picture with all 5 of my kids! Sleeping at the pool!

Our yard is like the neighborhood comment box.... all of our exercising neighbors who walk by comment on the project and its progression. I think about 90% use the line.... "when you are done, you can come over to my house." Clever!

So HOT! Having shaved ice at the Gateway. We can't get enough shaved Ice!

Farmers Market

We went to the Farmers Market on Wednesday. Brent knew what he wanted!








He wanted shaved Ice! It was really hot out there!
Jayme is awesome to have with me. She is a lot of fun. I couldn't have done it with out her!


We checked out all the venders and made our picks! Bread, Preserves, Black-berries, and Apricots!

Missing Family

We miss Brooke, Lilly, and Ian while they are out of town. They will have been gone two weeks, by the time that they get home! :-(

Eating Ramen

Usually Ian and Brent are the ones who sit side by side eating noodles. Since Ian is out of town, Brian joined the routine. Brent and Brian love Ramen Noodles!

Fergie makes us laugh

Last night I threw a cookie that Brian didn't finish into a mug Indian Jones box. This morning Fergie sniffed it out and then upon stealing it, got her head stuck! It is like that old saying "Got your hand stuck in the cookie jar" Fergie "Got her head stuck in a garbage box"! Classic Fergie! I'm always taking stuff from her! Uhgg!

Brent is "Dr. Jones"

For Brent's birthday he got an "Indian Jones" whip that makes real whip sounds and plays the Indiana Jones theme song.


He had such a great time at the playground.










Brent was in charge of the place. He was telling kids when they could go down the slide. They played along and weren't offended. Thank goodness!

We started Brent's party with Canyon, Kedrick, & Taci at the pool.







Dinner at 5 guys burgers, with Grandma & Grandpa Johnson, Jayme, Daddy, Mommy, and Brian.




Indiana Jones was definatly the theme of his party. "Dr. Jones" as Brent says.






I can't believe Brent is already 4. It is amazing how fast time flies. It is like de ja vu when I hold Brian. It just seems like yesterday that I was holding Brent 24/7!!! I love you Brent! Happy Happy Birthday!

Jayme is home!

Jayme is finally home from her year long job in China.

Brent and Brian "playing" wii. We totally love playing wii. Brent especiall loves Lego Indiana Jones. He is always "Dr. Jones" and I am always "shovel girl". He is very encouraging while we play. He kisses me and tells me that "you are a good girl".

Coton's Sleepover

The kids had so much fun at Snowbird it was hard to say goodbye. Jelina and I traded kids. Lilly was in heaven to stay with Anna. Colton got to come over for a double sleepover. Scooters, trampolines, wii what fun! It's like new again to share with someone you don't get to see too often.

Swimming is always the first activity. They are so excited to play with their cousins, Colton, Bryson & New Baby Anna

Park City Party

Carol hosted her own birthday party at Park City Mountain Resort. Dinner was at Baja Cantina. :-)

They couldn't wait to get on the alpine coaster..... Which is the real reason we went up!!!!!

Happy 4th

The 4th of July at Park City Mountain Resort!









Thanx to the Stephens invite, we got fabulous front row seats to see the fire works!






It was a little to close for Brent.











Lilly was thrilled that we didn't park out at the grocery store parking lot like last year:-)
